As our community manages the spread of novel Coronavirus disease, designated as COVID-19, Creekside Family Health Clinic is taking all precautions necessary to ensure the health and wellbeing of our patients and staff. Creekside Clinic is still open and seeing patients, including those individuals in need of same-day care.

If you need same-day care, please contact the clinic at 907-220-9982 prior to coming into the office. Again, this is for the safety of yourself and of others. If you are experiencing symptoms, or believe you may have been exposed to Coronavirus, please don’t hesitate to contact Creekside Clinic for medical advice. For your convenience, Creekside does offer telehealth appointments. Please call us for more information regarding telehealth.

Common symptoms of Coronavirus are fever, cough, shortness of breath, and fatigue. Other symptoms include, but are not limited to headache, nasal congestion, sore throat, body aches, and chills. If you have concerns regarding any potential symptoms, again, please do not hesitate to contact Creekside.

If you are experiencing severe symptoms, such as trouble breathing, seek immediate medical attention from your healthcare provider or emergency medical care by calling 911.
