As our community manages the spread of novel Coronavirus disease, designated as COVID-19, Creekside Family Health Clinic is taking all precautions necessary to ensure the health and wellbeing of our patients and staff. Creekside Clinic is still open and seeing patients, including those individuals in need of same-day care.

Common symptoms of Coronavirus are fever, cough, shortness of breath, and fatigue. Other symptoms include, but are not limited to headache, nasal congestion, sore throat, body aches, and chills. If you have concerns regarding any potential symptoms, again, please do not hesitate to contact Creekside.
